MARTZ COMMUNICATIONS GROUP DEAL

KXOJ, Inc. acquires 5 New York stations

In a deal which was announced today, KXOJ, Inc. has acquired New York radio stations WMSA (AM) Massena; WVLF (FM) Norwood; WRCD (FM)/WNCQ (FM) Canton; WYSX (FM) Morristown and WPAC (FM) Ogdensburg for approximately $5.25 Million.

The stations dominate the US and Canadian markets, directly adjacent to the Watertown, New York radio market. In a transaction announced yesterday, KXOJ Inc. announced a transaction to acquire the leading radio stations in the adjacent Watertown market owned by Regent Communications, Inc.

Tim Martz is the President of group owner Martz Communications, while David Stephens is CEO of KXOJ, Inc.

In the both transactions, Dick Foreman of Richard A. Foreman Associates, Inc. initiated the transactions and represented the sellers (Martz Communications Group/Regent Communications, Inc.).
